How To Stick To Your Diet While in Vegas

Just kidding. I have no tips for you because vegas + diet didn't go together for me last weekend. :P If this was a few months ago, I would have been freaking out about how to keep my diet while on vacation but I've since learned that a few days off won't make a big deal as long as you're disciplined enough to get back on track right after. Balance is important!

Last November, I blogged about how i'm preparing for vegas so I can fit into my goal dress. I bought this dress several years ago but never got to wear it because it was a bodycon dress and terribly unflattering with my permanent food baby. Happy to report that I did get to wear the dress to Vegas!

As delicious as the food was, I'm happy to just have it once in a blue moon. I had pretty bad heart burn after having that greasy hot doggy goodness from Pink's Famous Hot Dogs - 3 hot dogs, 3 strips of bacon, chilli + cheese, all wrapped in a tortilla. -___- 
Don't sweat the small stuff, enjoy your vacation, but make sure you know how to get back on track afterwards!

    It took me a long time to realize, but now I totally agree - a few days off won't derail months of hard work :)
